I have never put fruit on a pizza, however, after eating a whole pineapple that Del grilled, I thought chunks of it would go well on a pizza with olive-oiled thighs (skinless thighs seasoned with “kick-ya in yer sack” rub, indirect at 350-400 for about 45 minutes with a nice chunk of cherry wood, cooled down & pulled), along with some sliced & grilled with “Pineapple Head” rubbed pineapple, all atop a base-coat of “Carnivore” (this is rapidly becoming one of my favorite non-tomato sauce pie lubricants  ).

This was the debut of the Kick-ya pie, but we also made 4 other tried & true favorites along with some ABT’s & Shrimp Lejon, it was a “girls night feast” at casa di zippy, I was only allowed to attend because none of them knew how to light the egg
