I made some baby backs tonight using DP and Carnivore sauce. I used CWMs reicpe from eggfest '06. The ribs turned out really good, however, I wish I would have let the Carnivore stay on the ribs a little longer, but I just couldnt wait.

When do you like to sauce your ribs?

i sauce mine about 15-20 minutes before I am ready to pull them.
a little longer if I am using blues hog -
Thanks...I didnt let mine stay on that long and it didnt set up as nicely as I'd hoped....I'll try it next time.
