I think that man has obsessive compulsive disorder about pizza.

It sounds like he spends 3 days preparing to make a pizza he cooks in 2 minutes and eats in 15 minutes.

I learned a lot from him though!

Yeah, great site. I dropped him a note a while back thanking him for the pointers and the inspiration.

Not long after reading his site, was lucky enough to find a Neopolitan style wood fire pizzaria not too far away. It entirely changed how I think about pizza. Still am struggling with getting a decent dough.

WOW! It will take me much longer to digest that info vs. a large pie! Thanks for the post, I'll make sure to save it!!~~ 8 - )

I have been doing pizzas Jeff's way for a while now, still trying to master the dough forming part though.
Read recently that he is opening a pizza resturant in Atlanta in the near future.

Thanks for the link. I see he is definitely of the hot and fast school and he has his reasons. I will give it a try. My first at home pizzas Sunday night did not go too well. I need more practice.

It looks like his restaurant opened last week. I hope all that passion turns into a successful venture.
