Country Style Rib\'s BBQ Pit boy style

Ran into a recipe the other day from BBQ Pitboys
http://www.bbqpitboys.com/country_pork_ribs.html

For sauce I used Sweet Baby Rays, and I changed a couple of small things.
1) I put a layer of onion slices on the bottom of the pan, so the meat doesn't char given this is direct.
2) 90 minutes at 350 F (instead of 60 as the video shows.
3) brown @ 275F 10 mins/side
They were so good it almost felt like I was cheating or something. Off the bone soft and juicy, and great flavor all in a little over 90 minutes.
Side dishes was a green salad with avocado and walnuts, and potatoes Lyonaisse

good lookin plate of country style ribs, going to have to do some myself.....cooked em direct?
-
Yup direct, as that was as close to the original recipe (video). I was somewhat concerned, but the layer of onion slices in the bottom of the pan prevented the meat from burning.
It also makes the browning of the ribs towards the end real easy, take the pan off, place ribs on and voila.
