Took a honey mustard pork tenderloin. Added Pineapple Head rub.
250 indirect with apple wood.
Sliced up.
Used dollar rolls for buns.

I've been ribbed out for years. I only cook them for friends and family now. Maybe for myself twice a year. I wish on the house.

Thanks. When you get the rub. Marinade some shrimp in Wishbone Robust Italian Dessing. Drain and add pineapple head rub and grill.
