Great looking dinner, Ross! Just did the grilled romaine for the first time myself the other night! I was so sceptical, but WOW...was it ever delicious!!

Looks great!
I did my first grilled Romaine last week whe we had company over. They were all so skeptical - "grilled lettuce?", but loved it when served. Will definitely be a 'do over'!
