Tonights Rib Eye, Potatoe, and Salad

Put the potatoes on first for 50-min. at 350*
Rib Eyes on at 450*
They were not very thick so I cooked them for 4-min a side
Looking just about right
This was a real good dinner

A good looking standard by any ones measure! Used to not see the need of Thermopen but the more I see ya'll useing one the more I see the advantage.
