I am doing a chocolate custard flan cake for tonight's dinner, along with a 20 lb ham and bananas foster :) there will be about 25 of us and it is our combo birthday, anniversary yearly dinner for everyone! LoL
anyways I could not find my recipe I use and so I googled it. I love flans and custards and this site is a gem!

    Please post heavily on this one...flans are at the top of my lists. I cook I don't bake, but 2 hours in the oven???WOW.

    Good Lord, that menu sounds wicked good. Chocolate Flan Cake and Bananas Foster on the same table is a diabetics dream come true. I would love to see photos of that.
