Dr.BBQ'S Root Beer Carrots

This was a tasty dish and plan to have them later on with some 2" center cut pork chops for din din.I made a second batch which tasted better and the only difference was a bottled root beer instead of the can.I should have known better but the recipe did not state that.We don't drink canned beer do we?
All mixed up and to a boil.
Simmer for 15 to twenty minutes.

Well Bill I'm not a big cooked carrot fan but you seem to have a way of making them look good! I bet they taste good as they look!

Yes sir.Just don't cut the carrots into to small of a piece.As Ray states into a two piece bite.

Funny thing is they seem like soup in that the longer it sits the better the flavor.Granted they were done at noon and now they are twice as good.Much more flavor but these wont get a chance to rest over night but you can be sure the next batch will.Give it a try as it is an easy cook.
