Sorry for the previous "poor" Post :S still trying to get the hang of this and am having problem between posting from photobucket and Mozilla freezing up...am I the only one :huh:

It was last Sunday and the big question of the day was to decide on what to have for dinner...what else :whistle: So, what we came up with was Roasted/stuffed artichoke and rolled tenderloin of pork with a pesto/mushroom duxelle filling with an eggplant ragout...here goes...
Stuffed Artichokes cut/cleaned garlic bread crumbs, parsley S&P zest of lemon
