Just wondering.My daughter has same problems.Not as bad YET.Thank GOD.Can't help wondering about her.Hope all is well. :)

    sydney is recovering well. ... back at school now. ...still working on recovering from the skin graft. ..biggest problem is still the leg where they took the graft from. ...she is working on getting her act together back with the school. .. but she is OK. .. you should be seeing her post something here on the forum before too much longer. ..

    I'm a very sever Type II and know all to well what the diabetes trip is all about. My heart goes out to any young person with Type I. Like the old saying goes "The best defense is a good offense." And the best offense for diabetes regardless of Type is education. I'm sure as a parent of someone with Type I you know that all to well. Diabetes is a harsh teacher, prayers for your daughter to stay free of complications.

    Oh man, ain't that the truth!!!

    I was never a religious person but diabetes has sure taught me how to pray. Especially for children with Type I. :)
