    I have about 30 or 40 favorites. There were so many different things from Todds pastrami to Jay's shrimp burgers and the couple hundred things LC & Tim cooked along with all the other great things I just can't pic a favorite. We may have to do it again and I'll try to pay better attention :woohoo: :woohoo:

    That sounds great! I hope someone puts some of those fine recipes together the way they do for some of the other fests. Or at least post some of the recipes they thought were great..... I'm looking for inspiration for the upcoming grilling season here in the North and all those pictures from this weekend are getting me Eggcited!!

    Thank you Susan and Teresa. Those mussels and shrimp were great. You must have had a truckload with you, every time I turned around you reloading the wok at the afterparty.

    Egret will put it all together and then I think WessB will host it on his site and I know The Whiz will.

    Last night sitting here hungry and not wanting to cook.... I was really wishing I had some of Susan and Teresa's mussels, I think I had 5 bowls at the after party! Crimson's corn bread :kiss: and then that chocolate nut roll of jays for dessert. and then my mind started wondering to all the other great stuff. What a great weekend!

    Like everyone said above, too many good things to even mention & it was all so damn good, a few things I really enjoyed & will try to make (if the makers would be so kind as to extend the entire methods :kiss: ),

    Vidalia's spicy trail mix;
    Big'uns pastrami;
    LC/BT's green chicken parts (especially when you steal that really caramelized one right off the grill one second before tim can whack you with his spatula :laugh: )

    Forgot to mention, Steven's pork satay at the post-meet & greet party was spectacular. I think if my wife was there she would've knocked someone over & ran into the woods with the whole tray of that stuff & not resurfaced till it was all gone

    Oyster Shooters! Followed by Egret's chili, shrimp burgers, strawberry shortcake (!), and on and on.

    A great time was had by all.
