Just a throw together

but it hit the spot. Had some sirloin, bell peppers, onions and mushrooms for the Ocala afterparty but did a tri tip instead so just threw these together for a quick and easy stirfry tonight.

By the way, your cheesesteaks were "shut my eyes & I am in Philly" good, not bad for a poolboy
My favorite part was taking credit for them every time you walked away happy in the hut
