taters were good a bit of smoke and char flavor, butter, 1/2 and 1/2 mash with masher. we like the skind left on

I see lot's of ribeye cookin on the forum. It will be all fish today for me, I got my steak "fix" yesterday.
Steak from the green kamado is a great thing and yours looks super.

Little confused about the potatoes. Did you grill them first then boil to finish them off? Never thought of gilling potatoes naked, always used tin foil. But I was thinking of boiling first then throw on the grill to get some smokiness.

always grill taters nekkid !!! they are done at 210°
a rub of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt is good,, i was not paying attention to the time so i decided to take them off the egg and finish by boiling,, added a nice flavor to the mashed wish i had used a bit of smoke on them first .. smokey mashed will be my next try
