I hope you folks are ready to eat some pizza down in Florida Saturday.
Here are 15 240-245g pizza dough balls made up special just for 8" pizzas to be cooked on the mini egg. They are a 3 day refrigerator rise, so they should be nice and tasty.

Now Rod....I must ask..."how the heck are you gonna get those dough balls down to FL"? Randy and I have had our share of figuring out how to get what...and this and that...in our suitcases for flying. But ...dough...how you gonna do it?

Rod I hope I'm around when you make the pizzas. I would really like to learn how to work with pizza dough. I have a horrible time with it. I usually end up tossing it in the garbage and go with the tried and true store bought. I'll be getting my new mini next week so it will be great to see these done on one.

Kim, I always did wonder how you and Randy did that when you fly. There's just so many things to bring and you usually do pretty elaborate cooks.

Hey Anne - I'm happy to give a quick pizza tossing demonstration. As long as Kim doesn't mind me stepping on his toes a little. The pizzas are his idea and his cook, I just volunteered to help out by making the dough balls. I really enjoy doing it.

Don't get too excited. Tossing is much easier the larger the pie gets.
Small doughs are tough to toss and spin.
And my days in the pizzeria are long gone by. I still remember the basics, but nothing like making a few hundred pies every night to ingrain the memory. -
I'll bring some beer, that will help your memory... :silly:
