WARNING: please back out of this thread if you cannot stand to see meat not cooked on an Egg :silly:
I've been couped up inside from 8-7 working on a 15 page Nursing research paper(care plan)
I finally broke down and hit the store for some beef.
20 ounce porterhouse, with just a little salt and pepper.

Ahhhh, I feel much better now...BURP! :ermm: :silly:
My brother and I are taking a road trip to the dealer tomorrow. I'm picking up a new band and some Nomex (summer project). If all goes well and I have done my job right, we will be hauling his new Large home too:)

Once I got over the "Not on the Egg" part, the rest looks pretty good
Just think how much BETTER it would have been on the BGE ! :woohoo: -
Thanks Misippi Egger for suffering through it :woohoo:
I might have to ask Santa(wife) for a CI grid so my steaks will be BETTER :P :silly: :laugh:BrandonQuad Cities

XYRN2B,
What size egg do you have? If you have a large, the CI grid for that is $70+ !
I bought a spider from TJV and a 13" CI grid from BGE. The 13" one is $40-50 and when used on the Spider for TRexing a steak, does a fantastic job. :woohoo:
Also, what semester are you in nursing school? Getting Close? -
What great looking steak!.. Now I'm hungry!
Well done!

I am a nurse practitioner and just seeing the words "care plan" made me vomit. I don't miss those things at all.

Missippi Egger,
Thanks for the tips
I have a Large. Do you have the rig too?
I will definitely look into that setup
Halfway done with 3rd semester out of 4 :(BrandonQuad Cities
