When I read Clay Q's post below: Get Out And Wok Day http://www.eggheadforum.com/index.php?option=com_simpleboard&func=view&id=609896&catid=1 I was reminded that I also woked something a couple of days ago.

It was raining and there was some leftover pork tenderloin and a bag of frozen stir fry's in the freezer, and I was just not in the mood to cook big.

Lit the Egg and a few minutes later the meal was cooked, eaten and cleaned up. So easy and such a nice flavor change to the mango-orange pork tenderloin.
