Decided not to have cold leftover meatloaf sandwich so I heated it up and for the green beans I used some of my salty buckboard bacon. While it's a bit salty to eat plain it really made these green beans.

All I did was sauté some onion and garlic, threw in the beans, and then added the pork after the beans were 1/2 done. WOW the flavor! I can't wait to make some bean soup now.

  • Its left overs for me too. I added some home made BBQ sauce to some smoked turkey breast. It is raining harder now than it was all weekend. My Tenderloin will have to wait another day(says the weather man). I think my new sod is floating away.

LOL, left overs here too. Cheeseburger's cooked yesterday on egg are twice as good today. For some strange reason the hickory smoke and slight char taste much better tonight. The herbs, spices and other seasonings have all melded and they are supper. I love leftovers from the egg and plan for them every time I fire it up. :)

Thanks Eddie, They were good enough tonight they didn't really need any condiments. I put a little ketchup on out of habit. I was surprised the cheese did not melt and run out of them. The seasonings were well balanced and nothing over powers. I made sure I kept that recipe, it's a keeper. :)
