Where do you put your tools?

I just bought a large BGE and built a large table. Do you hang your tools on hooks or just lay them on the table? I need some ideas on how to store my tools while I am grilling.
Thanks

I put 6 hooks in the upper apron of my table. That way no matter what I have to hang there is always an open hook conveniently close by.

I have more hooks than Rod... :woohoo: ...I hang mine on the 8 hooks I have plus the towel rack on the end of the table.
Unfortunately that is still not enough room. So I have some tools on the racks in the basement...
I wonder why my wife thinks I have too much stuff...

Like a lot of people, those that can not hang go in the cabinet of my old gasser. It's a very pretty stainless steel storage cabinet for my rib rack, torch, and plate setter.

I clean and then store them indoors here in Florida. They're all made of cr-p metal and a ss tool or 2 (18-8 or better) will serve better for many tasks over time. Also, you can find ss wire brushes at welding supply venues that will outlast your carbon steel ones by far! Happy shopping!!

Actually I added one more hook on the right since this pic was taken. I spaced them based on the size of the tools I was hanging. I also found the ash tool can hang from the bottle opener.
And I hang my raised grid and spider under the tabletop, Hang the platesetter, pizza stone and drumstick rack under the lower shelf.
I cover the Egg and table when not in use. -
I store mine in this drawer that is underneath my small egg and then bigger items in this "Tupperware" type container with tight lid that just slides under my table.

I store mine in the open in the winter I put the cover on.

Some of mine hang on the table, the rest go in the 'ol gasser.....

I was about to say the same thing. I put them in my gasser and haven't used it since I got my egg in November.
