Hello All,

I have the honors of taking the mini to work tomorrow to grill steaks for my Supervisor and a suprise steak for the OPS MANAGER as well :woohoo: I would love for this to go over extremely well so my question is what are your recommendations on the best tactics to use??

my thoughts: EVOO and some DP Raising the steaks or DP cowlick :whistle:

    Not that I'm a true "Expert" :) I might be inclined
    to do a mix of EVOO, sea salt and fresh ground pepper
    on one steak and then some of rubs of your liking of another.

    I'm going with the EVOO and DP raising the steaks on this one i'll let you know how things turned out later today thanks for you advice
