Mirin Vinegar??

Is this a brand? Is it rice wine vinegar? Having trouble finding this for some sesame wings tonight.

Mirin is a sweet rice wine sometimes used in sweet rice dishes...and to flavor other dishes!!

It has a nice delicate...but not overly sweet flavor!

I use a lot of it!
It's great for dressings too.

The brand above is not expensive and not too hard to find.

There is better quality available if you get into it!
