Spatchcock Chicken w/ Carnivore Robust

Well thanks to everyone for all the help with the chicken. This was the first time I tried Todd's "Carnivore Robust" sauce. OMG!!! It is fantastic!! I also used his "Carnivore" rub on the chicken. The combination of the two was unbelievable. The rub really compliments his sauce. I can't wait till he starts marketing the rub.

BTW-I didn't take any pictures. The pictures definitely wouldn't have made "Gourmet Magazine". I learned to never use panko crumbs when doing a sauce. :(
