I cooked some'en: Butterflyed stuffed pork chops

Still working on the Harley and looks like I will for a few more days so wife picked up the fixings for another fast and easy supper. She had the chops and stuffing ready when I cleaned up so all I had to do was grill. She even layed all the raws out and took the pic.

Saltaed some chopped onion, garlic and sun dryed tomatoes in oil till tinder then added just enough bread crumbs to form a paste and then tossed in some chopped flate leaf parsley with some presmoked aundui and grated montaray jack cheese.

Folded them over and tyed with cotton string then brushed with EVOO then dusted with DP's Redeye Express.

Cooked direct on raised grill with presimmon at 300 till internal temp of 135 degrees.

Didn't have time to do the sweet potatoes on the Egg so had to bake them in the oven and some steamed green beans for fiber!

Just the latest pic of the baby BHUT JOLOKIA pepper. Isn't he cute!! :woohoo:

Nice cook J. I told my wife the other day I was in the mood for some chops. Thanks for the idea.

JL,
I'm at a loss for words Looks just great and the wife is a real keeper, Your pictures are so good too.
Looks like Sprout is growing well and will soon be a HOT PEPPER
I'm thinking that Harleys are a little bit like a boat always something to do to them. But I know they are worth the time and effort.

Nice cook Jl and be sure to take care of that wonderful wife, she's a keeper

JL!
How've you been? What a great wife to set up the pic! My family just thinks I'm weird when I do that. Nice dinner you cooked. I've been cooking my tail off lately but not doing many pics. Pheasant chili and ABT's on Sunday, two butts yesterday, and porkgasm and more ABT's tonight. You're buddy Jakes looking better with age and Ican't wait for your peppers to start wreaking havoc on the forum!

If I would just leave it alone it wouldn't be much work but all ways trying to make it run faster or handle better pluse I don't let a dealer touch it even to change a tire! Got tired of paying someone to tare it up and figure I could do it for free! :P

Glad everything came out all right with the knife today. I know how you feel right now in the fog. That stuff makes me feel bad all day. Hope it fixes the knee. Just don't push it and let it heal.

I'm falling down on my "adaption" cooks that I do so many of. Just haven't had time to research some'en differant

After 18 years I have about decided to keep her!

I know how the dealer thing is it took me two years to find a Mercury machanic that could service an Optimax outboard, but the current guy is great. But yearly service is only $1000.00

I still love the boat and fishing, money well spent.
Talk with ya tomorrow got to get to bed.

J - Great looking cook! Those chops look excellent!! Isn't it nice when both husband and wife are on the same page, as far as pics and egging goes? Makes it a lot more fun when you can do stuff together.
Again, nice cook! Your bird is such a trip!! :woohoo:
You comin to Ocala?

Jake is certainly a mess. He was quite taken with the beans inside of the snaps. Kept hulling them out and flicking skin on my wife's plate!
-
Jake better be careful or he may find himself on the cutting board for stuffin' before photos and eggin'... :woohoo:

A great presentation JL and it looks great as well!

Looks real good there JL, that is something what I like doing with stuffed pork chops. I think we all like doing a little twist on our cooks.
-
JL,
The little shoot looks cute but from what I understand them are some bad chilis
