Packed 4 portabellas(fins removed for additional space) with as much shrimp as I could muster, added a splash of white wine and covered in mozzarella. Cooked on the egg at 350 high in the dome. Wish I'd done more.(Wifey made me share :angry: )They were great! Low effort,Big returns!
