Went the healthy route the other night for a dinner with friends. Pics are bad cause they are taken with an iPhone. Darn good though. Risotto is a great side that I often forget to do, but it completes Salmon very well.

We got some salmon here in FL a few weeks ago. was very disappointed compared to what we get in Maine. But there are plenty of things we can get down here in FL that we will pig out on that we cant get at home :)Julie -

One of the best ways to do salmon and looks like you didn't over cook it, a common mistake! Nice job there.
