Packed 4 portabellas(fins removed for additional space) with as much shrimp as I could muster, added a splash of white wine and covered in mozzarella. Cooked on the egg at 350 high in the dome. Wish I'd done more.(Wifey made me share

Those look great!
I tried some a few weeks ago, with cut up shrimp, shredded mozzarella. Cutting out some fins and using more cheese looks better! -

OOOHHHH we have been crabbing this last week and had a nice feed the other night. almost 90 nice crabs and about 15 of us put a good hurting on them. our sides included french onion soup off the egg YUMMMY. but we had about 18 left and was going to do crab cakes... I think packed in there would be pretty good!
