Used Max's turkey method for chicken. Slopped with Dizzy Dust, melted butter and white wine.

Roasted at 300* indirect for 2 hours

Nah, just reduced some home made stock. Used butter in the mashed potatoes though

No it was a stock reduction, gravy is fattening
If you scroll back a ways, I used a new method for chilling the breasts.
