Here is the chocolate chip cookie recipe from my post earlier today entitled yesterday's baking.
Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour( I used King Arthur's AP flour)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup butter melted & cooled
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2 cups milk or semi sweet chocolate chips
1/4 tsp cinammon
Preheat BGE to 325 degrees. Use a non stick cookie sheet.
Sift the flour, salt & baking soda and set aside.
Mix the sugars and butter just until thoroughly mixed.
Then add the egg + the egg yolk, vanilla and cinammon. This can all be mixed by hand with a spoon or fork. It is not necessary to use an electric beater.
Mix the flour mixture in with the sugar mixture. Dump the flour in slowly, again mixing by hand.
Stir in the chocolate chips. Drop 1 tsp of dough
at a time on the cookie sheet. If cooking on the BGE turn cookies 1/2 turn after 7-8 minutes to prevent burning.
When the cookies are done take the baked cookies off the cookie sheet immediately after they come out of the oven. Let cool on paper towels.
Enjoy!!!!

Koke,
The recipe actually calls for either flour...and it is a tsp as these cookies spread out while cooking... -
