My first cook with Carnivore Sauce was a little non-traditional - BBQ chicken pizza. I took a shortcut with Publix dough. The balance was chicken smoked over cherry wood, Carnivore sauce, red onion, and a mixture of mozzarella and smoked gouda. The results were unbelievable.

Can't wait to do ribs, pulled pork, etc with this stuff.

Roudy, the pie looks great, I like the fresh herbs on top, great combination of ingredients too, next time condider adding some crumbled bacon, its saltiness works great with bbq sauce, with the chicken in the middle of the spectrum it is a great balance
