Anyone use it? on what? I bought a bottle at my dealer and used it on a spatchcock Thursday night. I didn't taste it until the chicken came off, WOW it was SWEET
Not at all what I was expecting. I'm not sure that I'll use it on meat again, but am looking for suggestions.
thx

It's one of his most versitile rubs. I'll be using it on Ribs later today. There is a reason it's his best seller. You'll love it. Pork, chicken, brisket would be tops for me.

One of if not the most popular JH rubs...good on almost everything from baked potatoes to zucchini...have used it on all types of vegetables and meats including ribs, pork butt, etc etc...

I thing it's very good on everything --- the HOT one is good 2

As others have said - RIBS!! I like a little heat in my ribs, so I normally combine with Swamp Venom or somethign similar. The sweet and heat are a great combo!

Hey Austin, if you havent tried it..there is a HOT version of the JH pecan that really kicks up the heat! :woohoo:

We've used it on almost everything.

I have a bottle of the pecan rub and I like it, but my guests seem to think it is too sweet. My go to rubs are Dizzy Pig and Bad Byron's Butt Rub.

I like it and also use in pinto beans when cooking.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.
