I cooked some'en: Stuffed pork chops(Lots o pics)

The other day I was inspired by JLockhart29 stuffed chops so I did up some tonight. Here is what I started with.

Cut pockets and stuffed one with provolone, baby spinach, and blackberry chipolte sauce. The other was provolone, cream cheese, and spinach.

Dusted with some dp jamaican





They turned out great will do again soon.

I'm not a big fan of spinach, does that flavor come threw much? Love the cook and the colors blending in.

Hey Mike yeah it's not real overwhelming but can tell it's there. I think they would be just fine without the spinach. Maybe change it up with other cheese and add yellow, red, and green bell peppers for nice color. I like the cream cheese version the best so far. I will try them again and next time I plan on putting some roasted mango chipolte sauce instead of the blackberry.

Beli, yes they are pork chops. The label called them thick boneless loin chops.
