Forum seems a little sluggish this morning….okay, here we go. Someone started a thread about this time last week that I hoped would have gone a little farther on side dishes. Here is Egret’s Mac & Cheese from that thread.

Once I pick up the knife and fork, the camera is a forgotten item. I wouldn’t have gotten this photo if I didn’t save a bite for the two little beggars at my chair. :laugh:

Nice - I think it may have been when I asked for "your go to side dish". Got a lot of eggcelent responses - unfortunately I haven't been able to try any yet. Egret's Mac & Cheese (as well as everything else) looks mightyfine. Thanks for posting.
