Another fantastic egged meal even though the stove top helped this time. Got this recipe from "Dining in the Garden of Good Eats: Cooking w/ "The Book" that made Savannah Famous". We got it in 07 when visited one of our favorite coastal cities. Pg. 148 "Shane's Deviled Crab". Used our "new" mini LODGE pans instead of the ramekins which worked out great. Had a little bread and rabbit food to go w/ the meal.
