Hectic around here getting ready :S 1 butt is in the cooler 2 others getting close. still have to season the chicken and start the fridge full of other stuff. Sorry no pics yet but RichardFl shoud be here about 3:30 maybe he can man the camera. Hope the party's and cooks go well for everyone :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

My butts are just starting to climb out of the plateau. Making a quick trip to the store with the misses, then back to pull the butts and get ready to do some wings. About a dozen coming over tonight.

Poolman, I feel your pain. Did 2 butts for two guys at work. Mine is still on and still have a fridge of stuff to do. Good Luck, better break out the camera myself.
