TONIGHT'S COOK: Steyc & Sosej

My little girl and one of her friends were playing "restaurant" the other day, and I got hold of the menu. Steak and sausage--rather, steyc and sosej--were some of the main course items they wrote down. Really made my day. Anyhow, here's my take on it.

USDA Prime ribeyes from Costco, with some EVOO and DP Cowlick:

I can almost hear her saying steyc and sosej now!! Heard he and brother fighting over the vidio game on phone one time remember!! :laugh: Your cow looks great Mike and the prime tops it!! Was the price worth it?! Did the kids see the calf sucking in my "brats" post Tuesday? She was just born when I took it. Hope alls well down there. Off to work in a few.

I'm glad that they're getting bigger all the time! I suppose that I'll miss them being small when they get old enough to start having attitudes :( For now, they're still my favorites

No, she has tried to spell things as best as she can, being that she's just in Kindergarten. There were many, many more misspelled words on the menu
