TONIGHT'S COOK: Steyc & Sosej

My little girl and one of her friends were playing "restaurant" the other day, and I got hold of the menu. Steak and sausage--rather, steyc and sosej--were some of the main course items they wrote down. Really made my day. Anyhow, here's my take on it.

USDA Prime ribeyes from Costco, with some EVOO and DP Cowlick:
