Crisp bacon, wrapped in sausage, wrapped in bacon, slathered in bbq sauce and then smoke roasted. Yum.
The bacon "net" is an interesting technique for wrapping with bacon.

The article is from the New York Times. Which means it is questionable. It could be a left wing plot to kill off all of the eggers that have right wing leanings with an over dose of cholesteral.

I'm gonna do 2 of them for my Superbowl party. Got about 30 people coming over and WASSSSS gonna do a fish fry but that was when I thought there were only 15 coming. To heck with fish. Got 2 Butts in a Brine of 2 gallons water, 2 cups Kosier salt, 2 cups dark brown sugar and 2 heads of Garlic. Also going to pick up a 14 pound briskett to add to the MeatGasm thats occuring at my house Superbowl Sunday!!! Been awhile since I posted, darn Economy's making me work to try and find jobs for my workers. LOL I'll take the bacon explosion though and DonDon-erize it. I'll add in Jalepeno Strips an cheddar cheese before rolling
