We got very lucky, just enough to get the salt trucks out. :woohoo: I get to break even this month. :(
Thawed out humpty.
Direct at 400. No smoke, yuk on shrimp. See some of that onion in the lump. Drives the neighbors crazy. :evil:
Plated.
Got lazy and used Lawrys Teriyaki for the beef and Hawaiian for the shrimp. Can't beat Wishbone Robust Italian for the shrooms.
