Pulled Pork

Good pulled pork is best served with sauce on cheap white bread. It's all about the pork.

My favorite way:

Good soft bun, pickles, BBQ sauce, and a cold beer.
Or with my favorite BBQ sauce:

two words actually come to my mind - besides how to serve also think of how to use. Besides the sandwich application it can also be used as the meat in ABTs, rebel hash, mixed in with baked bean dishes, substitute it in several Mexican dishes such as enchiladas, and I've even added it to chili pots. And lastly I think the best pulled pork is that eaten as you pull it...you know the chef's reward and God given right!Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time

Do you have a recipe for the "Rebel Hash"?
-
in looking at my recipe notebooks I see I called it Rebel Hash for some reason some 8 years ago! But it was actually this use suggested by Nature Boy.

Thanks, It sounds good but I was expecting some potatoes or something else, other than just onions and pork. Did I miss something?
-
Guess I'm just accustomed to having hash browns or Potato's O'Brien with it that I don't think of it as traditional hash. Today I fixed what we call our Wisconsin breakfast that is from memory of a trip up to the North woods maybe 30 years ago where we would eat every morning at a "roadhouse". Today some restaurants call it a skillet breakfast.Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time
