Fajitas tonight w/ a little homemade guacamole that Mrs. FoodPolice put together. Started w/ shoulder london broil marinated w/ World Harbors Fajita Marinade. Sliced some green peppers & red onions. Wokked this together and there you have it ready. Nice easy meal. Taking tomorrow off as this is five meals in a row. Then back at it Saturday. Meat was cut in an interesting shape?

Looks delicious and healthy at the same time. What beverage are you drinking? Looks like a strawberry rita.

Thanks Anne. You are correct on the drink.

I love fajitas. One of my favorite cooks.
How did those tortillas treat ya? -
Fidel
Pretty tasty and they held up better.

Nice! Your Guac ingredients look eerily similar to mine...try substituting the juice of an orange for the lime sometime...and of course LOTS of freshed cracked pepper and sea salt. YUM!!

Nice cook! I also did some fajitas this evening and will post my results shortly!

Where's Lynchburg!!! You know thats the most important town in Tennessee right?

Another nice presentation, thanks for the pictorial.
I love egged fajitas. We also toast flour tortillas, which are great.

Thanks. This was a first time thing. The recipe was on the masher we bought. Will try the orange next.

Thanks Mike, they were great and easier in the wok.

Thought I keep it's location secret. Nice avatar, got some GJ here myself. I'm from Columbia so maybe the L is close to Lynchburg. Need to get to the distillery sometime soon been awhile.

Thanks GG, these were just straight out of the package. Was hungry and forgot to warm them up but they held up better than the flour ones and tasty too.
