Chicken Parmesan, Pasta, Veggies & Cake

Made this dish tonight and was one of the best we've made. Very flavorful and as usual easy. Got the recipe from Ellie Krieger off of Food Network. Steamed some fresh carrots & frozen brocolli and topped w/garlic pepper. Boiled a little whole wheat pasta. Mrs. FoodPolice made a strawberry bundt cake on the egg.

Basically followed the recipe except used Italian Bread Crumbs and we used Classico Marinara w/ Plum Tomatoes & Olive Oil.
