Bomba pasta

I took a half cup of AP flour and a half cup of semolina and two tbs of Bomba and a couple eggs and made some pasta.

Blended it together with a fork and wrapped it up in plastic and let it rest in the fridge for a couple hours.
Rolled out the pasta.

Cut it an hung it to dry.

Grilled some salmon and asparagus

Dressed the pasta with some EVOO and salt, not too shabby. -RP

Yeah, hate to say it but it really was a waste of Bomba, the flavor just wasn't there. But we will keep on trying. I think Bomba works better dressed on pasta. -RP

2 TBS was not enough to really flavor the pasta. Any more than that and it would have been too much oil for the dough. Better off just dressing pasta with it. -RP
