Bomba pasta

I took a half cup of AP flour and a half cup of semolina and two tbs of Bomba and a couple eggs and made some pasta.

Blended it together with a fork and wrapped it up in plastic and let it rest in the fridge for a couple hours.

Cut it an hung it to dry.

Grilled some salmon and asparagus

Dressed the pasta with some EVOO and salt, not too shabby. -RP
