Bread, Prime Rib...Bologna!!!

I started the day making wheat bread, then smoked some bologna, and then finished off a great Egging weekend with Prime Rib, bakers & sweet potatoes....

Bologna smoked with hickory & apple wood...rubbed with maple rub

wheat bread going on the BGE

Done & cooling

sliced and ready to eat

Prime Rib coated in EVOO & DP Raisin' the steaks

You should cube up that bologna like burnt ends and serve on a sandwich with some cheese and some spicy mustard.

It all looks good, Kim. Just curious, did the seared end of the bologna still taste good? I've never done bologna. And BTW, you forgot that you did a nice picnic too!

No..you should use the same hot dawg frying recipe I think you posted this weekend and fry the bologna!

The ends were not as burned as they looked. They were very good. and yes I will try them like the hot dawgs...
