rack of lamb done on the mini with spinach, broccoli, and rice pilaf.. tony's goes well with lamb [thanks jl.]

$15 lamb/ 2 = $7.50/2.5 minutes for the younger pit to finish the meat = $3/minute meat consumtion x 60 minutes/hr = the younger pit can consume meat at the rate of $180 per hour .. i need a second job

bill, looks awesome, the rack is my favorite goin-out-to-dinner....... dinner, but never tried it at home, may have to do so now; sides look good too, as usual. I've got to try some of that Tony's too, can you get that everywhere or is that another Wegman's purchase? I was in there last night, there's one out in Downingtownhappy in the hut

No wonder Crimson thinks we are one person...LOL!
With one heck of a split personality!!! :woohoo: -
Hey Zippy...We can buy Tony's at Publix, and have also seen it while visiting the folks in New England. Should be able to find it regularly, but I know it's not always that easy. Usually on the bottom or second to bottom shelf in spice section.
-
Hey lower case bill...this (Tony's) is something I can get easily! If it is something you have to work to get, let me send him some. Just let me know! I'd be glad to help, but there will be a 2 week delay since we will be away. Post if you want me to proceed to provide, and I will do so in 2 weeks.
-
i got enough to share and it is already in a shaker and wrapped for mailing,, if he likes it you can always send some when you get back .. have a great trip
bill -

Wow, bill! That is a really nice meal you did there! Yes, the math looks right and sorry to say, but you'll need to work another job
-
Thanks LC, now that it's on my radar, I will poke around hither & yon to see if I can find it, I think bill is sending me a test batch for nowhappy in the hut
