Last nights cook on my almost gasketless mini. Easily got temperature up to 625 degrees, and threw the 1 inch ribeye on - total cooking time 4 minutes! Sorry it's a little blurry, it was dark out there! Served it with homemade jalepeno mac and cheese!

I am loving my mini. I found an old barstool base that is perfect to set it on, just the right height. After I get it painted and all fixed up with tile on top, I will post the picture.
Yep, our winter sunsets are fabulous. Hate to tell you Ann, it was 70 degrees here yesterday! And that's cold for us!
