Wok-n-Roll: Pepper Steak, Rangoon & Eggroll

Well Wok-n-Roll is our local take-out we rely on but we love to make our own on weekends due to the prep time involved. Got to use my spider & wok from TJV's establishment and work great. The pepper steak recipe is from an old electric wok cookbook Mrs. Food Police had in college. The rangoons & eggrolls were some I found online and tried for the first time. Rangoons http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,1845,147188-249203,00.html . Eggrolls http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,1716,145177-230198,00.html minus a few ingredients. Mrs. FP steamed up some rice and we had a great meal.

Thanks, It was fun cooking w/ this wok. I have been using the LODGE Wok but this one get a lot hotter a lot quicker.
