Miss ya guys...just got back from a nice family holiday.....

Uncle Paul & Aunt Socorrito just got a new XL :woohoo:

It was put in a nice area on the terrace

Valeria couldn't believe its size...

Started filling it up really soon....
Socorrito's very own Grilled shrimp with orégano

Beef Tenderloin......

And Cristina's special Pear and Ginger turnover Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream & Cherries...

The judges Valeria, Gaby & Olivia were specially tough & selective with their vote

Patiently waiting for lunch...& drinking...& waiting & drinking...patience is a virtue isn't it?? :laugh: :laugh:

The area is Paradise Valley..... I've got the new Nikon P80, and strongly recommend it...if you don't mind carrying a non compact camera...

That is an Indian Laurel..planted there in 1968 I believe, the multi-trunk growth is a great focal point in the garden

I love the shape of the trunk.My wife has the p80 also and for a small camera it makes great pictures.

Hey Ross.......Isn't San Carlos a beauty??......I fantasize of retiring there some day....didn't know you were a fellow scuba diver.....love the sport...got certified in 1995 in Cozumel...and get underwater anytime I can.....how was your x'mas cook??? did you do the meatballs??

I do not Dive any more, Too cold in the pacific around here any way. I did not cook the meat balls X'mas day we had to much food but I did cook the Pepper and Garlic Salt Prime Rib. Recipe is posted. This is one you should try!
