Never had milk... but I LOVE goat cheese. Apparently the protein composition of goat`s milk is much closer to human breast-milk than cow`s milk and considered much more `digestible`.
If you have issues with dairy, such as `allergies`, you might want to give goat or sheep sources a try.
Where did you find it?
Here's some more relavent information:

Marc,
Goat milk is awesome. My BIL is CFO for a large goat dairy company and I am lucky enough to get a lot of different cheeses from them.
BTW Zippy and I love your granite.

I hear that's really good Scotch - next time you come you bring a flask full for me?
And I remember growing up my uncle kept two goats strictly for the milk. I never drank it myself. -
That one is for you pal. I have been working long hours and haven't been able to get the package out. Uh, Merry Christmas.

How about you just hold it there and I'll make my way to Toronto after the thaw and before the freeze - you know, that week between July 26th and August 3rd.

Rod,
I have to send other stuff down anyway.

Steve-You've got Del drooling. That's one of his favorites. He'll have to tell you sometime about a quote he was doing for walk-in cooler at the Wrigley Mansion in Lake Geneva, WI. Very interesting story. There's also an interesting history to "Sheep Dip". I'm sure you two will be swapping lots of stories till the wee hours in Ocala.

Anne,
The company my brother in law works for just opened a facility in WI. I think it's near Milwaukee. It's called Woolwich dairies. If you get the chance, try some of their product. The Feta is outstanding.

I looked at their website and they're located in Lancaster, WI which is about 3 hrs. away. We have employees that do work in Iowa and I could have them swing by and pick up some feta and chevre. It says the WI location is there fresh chevre plant. Will have to check it out. I'd be really curious to hear why they picked that location.

I'll find out but Hmmm, lemme think, why would a company open a cheesemaking facility in Wisconsin  I think it had a lot to do with skillsets availability.
One thing I do know is they can not get enough goat milk in North America.
