I cook mine unwrapped, same time as a baker, you might want to put a little foil below them as some will ooze while cooking.

You can,but if you're gonna foil them,you might as well do the in the oven
They aren't gonna pick up any smoke flavor in the foil
Kinda like wearing a raincoat in the shower :silly: -
That's the way we do them. Unwrapped for reg. potatoes and a little foil boat for sweets.

You might want to coat it lightly with oil and set on a small piece of foil to catch the sugar dribble.
