    I have only cooked on it twice. I love it. Can't find a plate setter, had to order one. Will be using it alot in the next couple days. Thanks for asking.

    I took some pictures to work today to show some new employees because all I seem to talk about is the Egg. Go Figure! I guess you figured out how to calibrate the dome temp gauge on page 30 :laugh: right??? I saw where someone posted a clarifaction of the process for me. That was nice!
